after all the help you fellows smokers gave me, i tried my hand at it. i smoked wings, legs and some deer steaks. i took half the wings and injected them with Tony creole injection, the rest of then were rubed with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper rub, the a commerical sweet rub.
then i took the legs, and added the same onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper rub, then i added jeffs cowboy rub on them .
place ihem on my leg rack, then put them on the smoker at 225-250
 
after 3 hours of smoking the legs and wings here they are
a full smoker is a HAPPY< HAPPY>HAPPY smoker.                after the legs were done, i mixed up a honeyand soy sauce glaze to
