hi everybody this is new to me been thinking about buying a smoker for a few years then two weeks ago I finely did it. I bought a digital 6 rack made by Bradley. I live in central Wisconsin. My hobbies include hunting, ice fishing ,Golf and now this

I think I'm already this weekend will be my third try at something first try was some goose breast which turned out great.my next try were baby back ribs they turned out a little less than perfect
