Hi, all. I'm not a newb to forums, or smoking meat, but new here, and trying new things. I've always been a stick burning smoker/cooker, and recently started trying my hand at pellets, as well as cold-smoking.
I have a Traeger Century 22, a heavily modded Char Griller Duo (gas side is rarely used), an Egg, and a couple others. Been also casually building a 275gal big boy smoker.
