Never feel guilty eating quality bbq...

Feel guilty when you are overcharged for substandard bbq at a restaurant...

I don't eat out that much and its been awhile since I've had BBQ other than mine. Last time it was at work (contractor kissing butt), from famous dave's... it was pretty good.

Most of the time I smoke spare ribs. I bought these because I didn't like the way the spares looked that day, plus these were on sale.

I always thought they were different in name only. Although in the past I've seen ribs labeled baby back ribs that had less meat on them?

Wait did you take a picture of the raw meat in the store I don't see any preparation no rub no smoker or a grill etc. no blue smoke sure you didn't buy them.

Man they do look awesome I always forget photos till I'm done.
