It's a 250gal reverse flow smoker called the A1 Concession Smoker. It's built by Custom Pits and Fabrication down in Georgia. I had it delivered to their store in VA where I picked it up. Options I had added to it are restaurant upgrade (thicker steel), firewood storage box, warming box, water pan. It's got a charcoal grill that is mounted to the rear of the trailer as well as a propane burner on the side. 3 racks in warming box and two in main chamber
Very nice. I checked out these smokers at their GA location about a year ago and they seen really nice. So, what's your thoughts/reviews on their performance?

I'd give it 5 stars for sure. The trailer itself is narrow so it can easily be parked inside a one car garage. It's super heavy from the thicker steel on the firebox. The trailer doesn't sway at all when driving on the interstate.
As far as cooking, this thing is amazing. Now, keep in mind I only have done one cook on it. But just the ease of use would have me buy this unit over and over again. One thing I would and plan on changing is the temp guages. They are extremely accurate but have condensation on the inside already. Other than that, I've found nothing wrong with it so far. No leaks anywhere, just a really well put together cooker. And you can't beat the price at all. I was looking at meadow creek and Lang before buying this one. I don't have thousands of dollars just lying around. I just had to put a $200 deposit down at the time I ordered and I had about 6 weeks to accumulate as much $$ as I could to add on to the tax refund. This unit is going to last a long time and I can't wait to fire it up again!

Awesome work! Was that one big order or several smaller ones? Just curious as I could never take the plunge and go into business cooking, but I'm always interested in how others make it work.

Ugggh, about that grocery bill.... $560 at the butcher![/quote]

I'd like to tell you how great the smoke is but I am too busy being jealous of your new rig.

Hey Smoke Fever I was thinking, You probably need to bring that new smoker down to my house for 6 or so months so I can fully test it out and break it in.

Thanks again everyone. Not sure what's going on with the mobile site but it won't let me reply anymore or add more photos. I forgot to include the fatty pics, surprised you all let me get away with that!
