Hi all, my name is Jason, and I just got a free weber charcoal smoker. I've been wanting to start smoking meats and others, just never pulled the trigger. This will be the first time tomorrow going for a pork butt. I live in rural western washington. I'll be referring to the site on multiple occasions I'm willing to bet in the near future!
