That video was an interesting watch, JJ.  Its something to remember if its needed, but until then, I'll just stick with my MES.

That last blurb about food safety was, in my opinion, just CYA.

Great video JJ. I think there may have been some cinematic licence though to get that fish so dry with that setup in such a short period of time.

Great Job Jimmy as a Scoutmaster here in our local BSA troop It makes me happy to see some one who can live and survive in the out doors as we teach our scouts to do.  GREAT JOB!!!
