Hi, checking in from Pattison, TX, about 50 mi. West of Houston on the Brazos river.. generally just do standard Texas-style brisket, chicken, ribs, and truckloads of venison sausage on the grill. I've got several grills and a 18" x 36" offset smoker I built myself over the years, and am currently in the early stages of building a 20" x 56" offset trailer rig with a 20" x 36" grill on the back side. as well as some crawfish burners stuck in somewhere: another passion of mine, although I've let that slide in recent years...
