Tomahawk Chops for dinner

Beautiful night out so why not get some chops out of the freezer and onto the grill. Seasoned with Famous Dave rib rub. I could put that stuff on a leather shoe and I'm sure I'd still eat it. I'm not at the point of making my own rub and I am sure there are some not so mainstream runs out there but I like it so why not?

I also can't say enough how much I love the ok Joe grill/smoker combo! The grill is heats up super fast and has nice even heat.

I also put some cherry wood chips in foil for some smoke flavor. Used my single probe igrill for temp

They were gone fast, the wife and I had to fight over the last one!

Those sure look good.

Just wondering, County Line still open there?

There BBQ was good, but their pies were excellent!

Foam heart, I have never heard of it but I just looked it up and it appears to still be open. How have I missed this?! Going to do some research this weekend 👍

Thanks everyone. I love to buy the bone in loin and cut my own. More bang for the buck IMHO and can cut nice thick chops
