I bought a MES 30 with the remote for Florida and used it a few times for Chicken and Ham. They both came out great. I did one small Brisket, I was on the fence on how I thought it turned out. I think I pulled it out a little early. I also did the Dadgum Smoked Mac & Chees recipie a couple of times. I'd highly recommend that, it was awesome.
I just bought a MES 30, Bluetooth for NJ. I just finished the initial seasoning and I'm gonna give it, its maiden voyage this weekend. I'm probably going to do a Prok Butt.
