This looks like a great place to get some ideas. I'm seasoning a new Masterbuilt Electric Smoker 40" BT Sportsman Elite I just picked up from Cabela's. I love grilling, and this will be my first experience with smoking, but the electric route seemed much easier for maintaining temperature. I already have a lot of questions so off I go searching the forums!
