Overnight Birthday Brisket w/ q-view FINISHED.

As the title states I am doing a brisket for the mother in law as she requested.

Started with a CAB Brisket around 14lbs. Got her for 2.68/lb. Trimmed out around 11lbs.

Rubbed with simple salt and pepper and a light sprinkle of Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Here it is getting good started.


And here is 4hrs in

Here she is going into foil for a few hours.



And here it is coming out of the foil 3.5 hours later.



Now she is resting and getting ready for the party.

I'll get more pictures up once we slice her up. yahoo.gif
