Any thoughts or ideas on taking a Walmart spiral cut ham, laying slices in a MES. Ham is cheap & already sliced, do I need to brine some more? What temps & how long to smoke?

You can smoke the whole Ham, as long as it was already smoked, make it Double Smoked.
