Hello all I am very new to this whole smoking thing........but I love it! I converted my old charcoal Weber grill into a smoker. So far it works pretty good and I've had some good luck with ribs and chicken thighs. I would like to thank you all in advance for your knowledge, I know that I'll need it.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and soggy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
