Been wanting to make some beef ribs for a long time. Picked up an 18lb pack at restaurant depot. They had 2 sections of ribs, one just marked as regular and then one marked as "meaty" which one do you think I got

.

Monster ribs

Seasoned them with some worcestershire and a good bbq rub

Let them hang out in the fridge overnight.

Made some beans to go in the smoker with the ribs! Ofc you have to have beans

(and whiskey).

In the MES40 at 225 with some pecan pellets in the AMNPS

Let them go for the usual 6hrs for ribs but they were still springy, not surprising since they are huge,

put them in for another 2hrs and they were perfect! 2 racks go in the freezer for a rainy day

. Man they were good.

Those look amazing!!!! Seen some beef ribs the other day almost picked them up but since I usually don't care for them I didn't !! But since I've been smoking things now I've realized things taste a lot better then I thought they ever could!! Nice work

Thanks guys, they were great!. The "meaty" labeled ribs at restaurant depot weren't lying, awesome place to buy bulk meat.
