Full house, 126lbs. 3 deep. Wedding tomorrow evening. 116 peices of chicken when the pork comes off. [IMG].

A good fire and blues on the speaker. Life is good!

Great stuff! I was just telling a guy at work that I can't wait to get home and fire up the smoker. :)

LOL!  Thanks Kevin.   I'm getting to old to pull them all nighters.   Started at 12am,  took the pork out at 11am,  Put 121  pieces of chicken in for 3 hrs was set up at the wedding by 4pm.   Fun , but if I sit down I'd been asleep.   Folks loved it, thats all that matters.

That's a great looking cook, Wes. I'm sure everyone at the wedding enjoyed it. I didn't really know that folks in NW North Carolina could cook anything except some really smooth 'shine.
