Hello everyone! I love to BBQ but I am new to smoking. I live in NM and I am excited to ask some questions and get expert knowledge on smoking!

Do some reading, (don't let it overwhelm you) ask some questions.

You will have some good food.

Try typing into the search bar "bear steps" and follow that.

You will get recipes with every step laid out, you can't go wrong.

There is lots of others on here too, if you don't feel like you need

those detailed instructions.

Most of all have FUN.
