Decided to toss another Tri tip in for dinner. And at $2.99# why not!! I put it in the freezer for about 20 min and smoking around 180* in the WSM for extra smoke time.
 
$6.99 to have them cut here. I checked with GFS but I choked on that $300+ bulk price. I'll just stick to making them now and then as a "treat"...

My GFS breaks the cases so it's easy. I would hate to vacuum seal a whole case but would most likely if I had too.

Some of us were fortunate enough to grow up eating tri tip.
