Some Tater guts mashed with 1/8 cup butter, 1/8 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup parmigiana, 1/4 cup green onion, and 1/2 packet hidden valley ranch powder. Flavor to you liking a little at a time. Oops I forgot 1/4 lb of smoked pulled chicken.
Stuffing......... Baked for 1/2 hour at 325 f. then top with cheese and bake again until cheese is melted.
