Iam not a welder. Iam a boiler maker that can weld to a high spec. I probably weld once every 3 months to keep my eye in [emoji]9786[/emoji] but in general i work with metal and i have all the tools at my finger tips. But always learning thats the key to success
Also welded the fb to the cc. I thaught it needed a gusset to help suport the weight. And no i didnt weld it the wrong way up... the smoker is upside down .i have been turning it to make it easy to weld
Well, now you've done it.... I will NEVER take any pictures of my welds and show them on the forum.... NOT.... folks do have to see that there are us welding neophytes out there somewhere... DON"T look at the welds folks..... the food will not taste any better....
The reason those welds look so good is he's welding upside down.... on his head, so to speak.... just look at where Australia is on a globe... That's got to be the reason... or it's the Aussie beer.... darn good stuff......
