Smoked these ribs for 4 hours at roughly 250 degrees. Used Famous Dave's Dry rub and they turned out awesome!
I used Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce. It is absolutely scrumptious.
This was my first time using Famous Dave's and I have to say, I was finger pinching the rub right out of the bottle, it was so good. One criticism though, I noticed a lot more burping than normal. Did you notice that?
