Used JJ marinade recipe but only got about 6 hours in fridge. Also next time I won't use my marinating dish and will use a zip lock so more around the meat. Still cooking so I'll update when done.

finished over a bed of rice. Next time I'll make sure it is marinated longer and use less 5 spice.
