Using Owens BBQ Red Barn bologna mix for 5lbs. Cure 1 into the mix all mixed up and in the fridge for tomorrows stuffing, smoking..

I thought i was down sizing being in the 5th wheel but i went out today and bought a 7.0cu chest freezer. Going to put it on a furniture dolly so i can move it from the side to open the side cargo door.
