Tips on collecting drippings

So I have a mini wsm and have been reading about using some of the drippings for various sauces and Au jus. My question is what's the best way to collect the drippings? Any thoughts?

9x9 disposable tin pan. Place it on the lower rack, or steamer insert, or if you use one the diffuser.

Oh yeah, JJ's Au Jus is spot on. Only ha he we make it to use a good Stout or Porter instead of the wine.
