Masterbuilt 40"Electric Smoker Problems

Cannot get the smoker above 89 degrees.  Could this be the heating element or the control panel?  Any suggests would help.

It could be either or a combination of the two; might even be some cooked wiring. Tomorrow being Monday, give Masterbuilt a call.  Or take it back to where you bought it if it is new. If it is out of warranty, and old, maybe look into getting a newer and better smoker.

Sounds to me like the connections at the heating element are fried and not long before you'll have no heat.

Check the wires at the heating element?
