We just bought a Char-Griller Smokin Champ 1624 at Home Depot.
Today I am attempting to do a 8# brisket. We love smoked meats and cannot wait to get the routine on this smoker. I have been all over the place on temps, I think I have it somewhat under control now by closing my FSB vent down to 50%, my chimney is full open.
