Hello All,

After careful deliberation I've decided to start smoking. Pictured below is my Chargriller Smokin' Pro offset smoker being seasoned. I picked it up at Home Depot last weekend and spent a few hours assembling inside while it was snowing intermittently outside. I'm looking forward to smoking a bunch of meat on this baby this summer. I plan on tackling a few easy "smokes" this weekend, maybe a rack of ribs, some burgers, and some good ol' Wisconsin Brats! If nothing else comes of it, I'm sure it'll provide a great place to stand and drink beer around.
