My name is Eber pronounced like Ever but with a B. Anyways I just picked up a 36 inch charboil gas smoker. I had the bullet smoker but didnt dig it too much since im so busy having to add fuel didnt really work for me. I was a chef in Las Vegas in my early 20s but i still love cooking. I made a rack of baby back ribs for easter and some chicken breast to break it in. Im now ready to learn and experiment with some other meats.
