My name is Eber pronounced like Ever but with a B. Anyways I just picked up a 36 inch charboil gas smoker. I had the bullet smoker but didnt dig it too much since im so busy having to add fuel didnt really work for me. I was a chef in Las Vegas in my early 20s but i still love cooking. I made a rack of baby back ribs for easter and some chicken breast to break it in. Im now ready to learn and experiment with some other meats. Chances are I'll try and make some pretty crazy stuff just to say I did it. Kinda like I do everything else. last forum i was on was shoptalkforums.com offroad section. Loooove air cooled veedubs and every thing offroad.
