Whole pig first time

I have a 85ish pound pig. Gonna be using a mix of oak and pecan. On a stick burner. Whats the best way to rub it? And is a spray of cooking oil and apple cider vinegar a good spray to use? And what temp range do I want to stay in and a good guess on for how long? Sorry I'm kinda new and wanted to have a little advice
