I'm pretty new to this smoking business, but have been using this site since I started last summer.

I'm using a Weber 22.5" kettle grill mostly because I love the charcoal and couldn't splurge for a dedicated smoker and a grill besides, so I'm especially interested in any tips or tricks around that setup... I'm in the great white north of Canada and am excited to be getting back into real meat season.
