I have read that they are amazing for wings. I love wings on the kettle. If they can get better this might just be a Father's Day gift request haha

It can be used many ways. Keep watching. I like to play.

Maybe not. Remember its me using it.

I can't cook at all.

I don't know if I should... If I like what I see I will have to buy one... And I'm sure I'll like what I see haha

That's my thoughts Chris, I'm thinkin it's not if but when I get one of them... Good grief, I'm gonna have to start knocking on the neighbors doors to see if I can mow their grass for smokin money !

That looks like fun! Added to list! I Watched some YouTube videos of guys using it for beer can chicken. Definitely looks like fun!

Haha I know the feeling. I need another job or bank heist to support this habit. My wife will just about kill me if I buy another grill or smoker... So now I just sneak accessories, charcoal, gadgets, etc. She still hasn't seen the outdoor sink I have in the garage...oof!

Hey Adam, I love new Toys   I know you will enjoy yours

Didn't want to start a new thread for testing purposes.

Wanted burgers tonight.

I used left over charcoal from last night. I lit a full chimney last night. Shut it down when I was done playing. You seen how hot it was.
Tonight I shook it down to get the ash out. Then put a starter cube under it. Worked great.

Cooked the burgers for a bit.

Then over the top to get some char.

These are some great burgers and I still have charcoal for the next cook.
