Hello everyone, I've been lurking for some time now and finally decided to join up. I'm from Rock Island TX approx. 70miles west of Houston where we grow skeeters big enough to grill. My buddies and I usually cook in a few events every year and have a good time and were always backyard cooking but his year I decided to build a reverse flow smoker and Im hoping to have it finished by the end of April. I started a thread in the reverse flow forum so if anyone has any tips or tricks I would appreciate it.
