That gravy looks delicious and it will be even better on Sunday when the flavors have melded together!    Great job.

Dang, NOW THAT'S GRAVY.

Never saw any like that before.

It' sad what is happening to the old traditions.

Very nice, thanks for showing it to us.

I tried to give you points don't know if it worked.

Thanks so much! We all have to keep those traditions alive!

Well it was a bit hectic during the gravy time. All sorts of bowls of meat and sauce and pasta being passed around. Managed just one shot of my bowl.

That's some penne with gravy, ricotta, parmigiano reggiano, a hot Italian sausage and a meatball. Probably hard to tell from the picture but the pork rib meat and veal meat had shredded and become part of the gravy. Really delicious! Everyone loved it. I'm excited because with the leftover sauce, meat, and pasta, I made up a tray of baked ziti to freeze. I also ground up some leftover sausage to make quick meat sauces in the future.

Here is a sample of the main dishes that were served maybe an hour and half after the pasta... Hahah Everyone was pretty full:

Prime rib with horseradish sauce (cooked on the PBC):

Chicken cutlet with caprese relish:
Brined and maple glazed pork loin rub end roast (cooked on the Akorn)

Lamb souvlaki with grilled pita and tzatziki on the Blackstone:
Roasted potatoes

And every vegetable dish on earth thanks to my brother in law:

Overall it was quite a feast. Sent everyone home with doggy bags and still have plenty of leftovers for us. Dessert was equally ridiculous but no pics.

Hope everyone had a great holiday and thanks for looking!

Haha thanks Richie.  I warned you all it was going to be a ridiculous amount of food!  I haven't been on the forum much lately as I have spent all my time cooking all this stuff.  I need to go back and check out everyone else's easter spreads!

this is my sauce as well with the exception of I add onions with the garlic. (Different meatballs recipe) Don't forget the homemade wine and the yelling and screaming!
