Hard to tell, is that a hunk of Brisket or an Eye Round and it looks like you are smoking at 136°F. If that is Brisket, you are going to be smoking a WEEK at 136°F to get it tender. You need to smoke at 200+ and take the IT to around 195°F. You can take an Eye Round to Medium but at a smoker temp less that 200°, you are going to be at it all night...JJ
It looks like a store bought corned beef to me.
