Building my 1st RF Smoker

Hey y'all I've never built a smoker but figures it can't be hard. I got a trailer and a 250 gallon propane tank.. My buddy who's actually getting out of the military to open up his own welding shop is going to help me out. Just have a few questions on how I could safely clear out the tank before I put the plasma cutter to it. Also I was looking at the calculator and it came out to be a fb size to about 27x27x27.. Not really sure how that calculator works. I've only smoked meat in electric smokers but tired of the crappy bbq here in South Dakota so gonna start making my own maybe sell some every other weekend. Any advice would be appreciated

Make sure all the propane is removed from the tank.

Fill with water and add half a cup of dish soap and let soak for a week.

Rinse out twice by draining, filling , draining, filling again then drain again.

Cut as you please.
