Hi all,

My name is Mark and I live in Aurora, IL.  

I have a 18.5" WSM that I use to smoke anything I get my hands on.  I recently started cold smoking cheese and fish on my WSM as well.  Look forward to seeing what everyone else is using and smoking and picking up tips along the way.
