Hi everyone,
My name is Steve and I currently live in Columbia,SC. My wife recently bought me a Chargrill Dual grill with the offset smoker. I have owned regular Chargrill BBQs before and like that they seem durable but never used it to smoke anything.have not used the new smoker yet and have been asked to smoke a turkey this weekend for Easter...I bought a cooked ham just in case I fail miserably. Any help/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Happy Grilling- Steve

Thanks everyone. I found a nice maple syrup recipe I decided to try. Got the turkey in the brine mix for about 6 hours already. I am looking forward to smoking this bird and having a few beers.
