Not sure how I doubled up the last reply.

Maybe a mod can remove one??

I wish I had an amazing recipe and details on the dessert.

Fact is, my 85 year old grandma had made me a chocolate birthday cake with a peanut butter based frosting.

I nuked a piece for about 20 seconds, then added the ice cream and some caramel syrup.

It was fantastic, but unfortunately not a made by me "specialty" dessert....

Thank you Brandon! I love getting that color on these.

Another thank you, It was my wife's mom.

She had a massive stroke and never recovered. 67 years old.

Wow I never saw a ham eye before. Is that like the Coplia muscle (or however its spelled)?  I really thought from the package that those were tenderloins.

Too cool... I want some!

BTW nice looking meal too.

Hey Guys, I forgot to mention that I pull these at 150 IT.

Always juicy and tender. I have done a couple of other posts on "ham eyes" as well.

Check with a local butcher or ask a grocer if they can order them.

Well worth it.

Thanks!
