Has anyone ever used this rub on pork shoulder or pork butt before? I bought a 6.5 oz while at Bass Pro a few weekends ago and am going to give it a whirl. Just curious if anyone has tried and how much they used. It seemed pretty salty upon tasting on my finger. I'm going to use a finishing sauce as well and don't want to over spice if their is such a thing.
