I bought a cowboy as they call it at the market here. Wanted to get a PR but for 2 of us a 8 lb wasn't smart do the cowboy which was a 1 bone prime rib and weighed over 2 pounds. It tasted amazing. New house coming next month and a full one will be cooking in celebration.

BTW: I'm going there again tomorrow, because they also have Smoked Shank Ends @ 79 cents a pound on that same flyer (Tomorrow's the last day).  I need it to do a Double Smoked Ham on Easter Sunday.
