So I decided to go with hamburgers for the first use of the home made charcoal

Not many can claim to be grilling/smoking on home made charcoal.

It did better then i had hopes one chimley took the grill up to 450 and keep it their for 45 min tile it started to fall. Gave a light smoke flavor and started up like a champ. I used maple to make this charcoal
