First Loin

First pork loin in the 40 MES. Wrapped it in bacon and used applewood. Turned out awesome!! 240 until IT was 145. Wrapped for 30 min. Melts in your mouth!!

Looks fantastic.  My first effort with one was terrible.  I have not tried one since..
