New meat ranger in town lol. Kinda new to the whole smoking thing to but I'm finding out that I like it. So this is how I got started with this new hobbie of mine. For the last 8 years the weekend after thanksgiving my mom throws this party (adults only) called sausage fest bunch of people getting together drinking smoking and making all kinds of sausage. This last year there was 90 pounds of pork and beef transferred into works of tasty art. Now I just got into it this last year cause I grew up with a Hungarian friend and I remember the kolbaz his parents would bring home. Now I haven't had any in years and now I'm obsessed with turning out the perfect kolbaz. 4 diffent shots at it and each one got better and better but it's missing somthing that's where I need some help and so I'm here
