We are having a neighborhood potluck tomorrow and so I thought I'd experiment tonight. Guinness Glazed Wings I found a few places on Web. My wings are in the MES naked except a few dashes of salt/pepper/cayenne. 1/2 cup maple syrup simmered until a little thick, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar and 12 ounces Guinness then stirred in to boil until reduced to 3/4 cup. I'll post when off MES and onto Kettle for reduced glaze.
