We are a small mom & pop company that sells smoked meats in SF, CA. We focus a lot on Lamb. Currently, we have 3 smokers, one southern pride and 2 ole hickory- We actually need to sell the ole hickoys which are both about 1 year old or less. We have run out of space and can no longer store them. Any one interested we would be happy to give you details.
We use our meats in salads and sandwiches in a small upscale food hall in downtown SF.
