I'm John. I'm originally from Florida, and my family has always smoked meats on the grill. I have upgraded to a Pellet grill, (PitBoss 820) that I was able to get my hands on for $400. Talked to some local friends of mine that have Traegers and love them, but I couldn't swing that investment right now.
Along with smoking meats, I also make several sauces (a southern mustard, sweet & spicy Jalapeno, and a Maple Bourbon).
