My plan for dinner was Korean style chicken wings, but when I got home SWMBO had a rotisserie chicken! Seeing I got two racks of spares for $1.99 a pound I decided to try a rack of them in place of the wings, second rack will get rubbed in the morning with something and I plan on putting them in foil for awhile with brown sugar and some garlic butter. I normally go naked so most likely only a hour or so in the foil time will tell. The marinade is equal parts hosin sauce, honey, sesame oil, half part soy, fresh garlic, mirin and some green onion.

I put some brown sugar and salt and pepper on the Korean style ribs before going to bed last night they smelled great, hopefully a good sign.

Thanks guys,my plan with the Korean style is to finish with equal parts honey, soy, hosin, brown sugar and a touch of sesame oil.

There getting there started the temps in the low 200's fully opened 1 vent to finish them holding around 255 now. Time to get ready and sauce shortly decided to leave the sugar out of the glaze for the Korean style, all went no foil after all just like normal.

Thanks Mike, here's the sauced half no bone pics it's to eat another day! I decided the smoker was going we needed a few veggies as well so SBT's and some shrooms were added.

The Korean style could of used a kick of crushed red pepper as well but this was a test for chicken wings I'll be sharing with SWMBO and she don't care for heat!
