Any do Brats made from ONLY beef? I have a 10lb chub of burger that is 80/20. I was going to follow my recipe accept, NOT use any pork or poultry.
Anybody try this? Will it turn out ok?
I don't know why it wouldn't. It would be like an all beef hot dog, with brat seasoning.
