So just got my first smoke done last night with a tri tip that came out amazing. Bought a rack of baby backs last night and threw on a random dry rub ive made a few times. Also got a 3# pork cushion roast this am and rubbed er down this am.

Threw them in the masterbuilt 30 propane a bit ago. Mixed some hickory and mesquite chips...was running low. Water pan has apple cider vineger. Smokers been steady 225...so about 3.5hours for baby backs? Any reccomended guestimate for cushion? Other than internal temp just curious as to window

My guess on the Cushion is about 4-5 hours. Baby Backs I do for 4.5 hours.

Thanks. My first time ever smoking the ribs (2nd time ever cooking them) so winging it. Temps maintained for most part minus throwing in some chips twice. Heres 3.5 hours in
