Does anyone near San Antonio know where to get the best brisket? I know Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart and HEB has them, but is the another market?
Thanks

Try La Fiesta, grocery stores. La Michuacana, meat markets. Or maybe Culebra meat markets, but be careful in those.

Thanks for the help. I finally got a 17 lbs choice grade at Costco. It looked pretty good $2.99 lb. I'll try to get some photos of it

See if there is a Restaurant Depot near you. Choice meat and well marbled. Membership required but I'm sure you may know someone with a business license.

Theres one on Fredericksburg Rd. Just in from Balconies Heights. I use to live near there. Always wanted to check it out.
